Interpreting "Partnership and Cooperation" in Tsinghua Class

On December 20, Mr. Zhang Gongyun, Chairman of Himile Group, was invited to interpret the management case of “Himile: Operating Enterprise by Partnership and Cooperation” in EMBA class of Tsinghua University.


Focusing on the theme of "Partnership and Cooperation, Building of Entrepreneurship", Chairman Zhang shared many topics, such as Principle of the company, relationship between enterprise and employee, integrity and related rules on how to implement them on daily work.


The case lesson is presided over by Zheng Xiaoming, tenured professor of Department of Leadership and Organizational Management, SEM, Tsinghua University, and director of the China Business Administration Case Center.


More than 60 EMBA students participated in the course, most of whom are entrepreneurs and senior executives from well-known enterprises across the country, they had a lively discussion on Himile case and made a beneficial interaction with Chairman Zhang on related topics.
