On the morning of April 30th, the meeting to celebrate the International Worker’s Day and praise the May 1st award winners was held in Shandong Province.

The R&D team of Himile Safety Chemical Equipment was awarded the title of ‘Shandong Province Workers' Pioneer’. Himile representative, chemical process engineer WangWei was awarded a medal by the Secretary of the Provincial committee, LinWu.

This is another significant team honor that the CNC machine R&D team has received since it was selected as ‘National Workers' Pioneer ’ in 2024.

Over the years, the team has leveraged its multi-disciplinary strengths to successfully overcome core technologies such as Precision Machining of Channels, Corrosion-Resistant Materials Selection, Precise Control of Multiphase Flow, and has successfully developed a series of continuous flow chemical equipment including Microchannel reactor, tubular reactor. It has been widely promoted in the industrial applications of various hazardous processes such as nitration, diazotization, peroxidation, fluorination, and chlorination, serving as a demonstration role to drive the rapid development of the industry.

National and provincial emergency management departments have held multiple on-site meetings at Himile, making important arrangements for the promotion and demonstration of continuous flow technology.

Now, the market share of Himile's continuous flow industrial equipment has reached over 30%, the one-time pass rate has reached over 98%, leading far ahead in the industry!

02 Team Overview

In 2014, the company established a dedicated team for chemical process and equipment development, focusing on the field of safety production and risk control in fine chemicals. After more than ten years of development, the team has grown to a substantial scale with established influence, boasting 160 engineers covering specialties such as experimental R&D, process design, equipment development, electrical design, skid design, and safety evaluation.

The team has cumulatively undertaken more than 10 key projects at various levels, obtained over 80 authorized patents, and its continuous flow microreaction equipment was selected as ‘single champion product in Shandong’s manufacturing industry’.
